Capable of being used as stand-alone venues or in tandem with one another, TFI offers content-licensing opportunities for webinars, on-line courses and traditional classroom settings. Regardless of the delivery method that you choose, the backgrounds of each module can be branded with your company's logo and colors, and the prose-based content offers many opportunities to reference your organization. Webinars
Webinars are a great way to provide training and education for people who are not domiciled in the same physical location. By harnessing the benefits of both viewing and listening capabilities, TFI combines visual aids with audio scripts to create an environment that helps people to retain what they've learned and apply it quickly to real-world situations.
TFI webinars are designed to last between ninety minutes and two hours, and are based primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint. Depending on the subject matter, the content will be comprised of a combination of prose, graphics, documentary examples and situation-specific anecdotes. Each webinar is accompanied by a complete Trainer's Guide that contains slide-specific explanations, additional examples, presentation tips and FAQ's.
On-Line Classes
The obvious benefit of on-line training classes is that students can access the material at any time and from anywhere they can connect to the Internet. The not-so-obvious benefit is that savvy designers can combine elements of traditional training techniques with graphics, documentation and audio capabilities to create a truly unique learning experience.
Over the last several years TFI has developed considerable skills in developing on-line training courses and is recognized as a world leader in this discipline. Driven by the nature of the topic and the needs of the target audience, Trade Facilitators uses great prose, clutter-free graphics, pop-up boxes, zoom features and audio explanations to present a multi-media experience that will long be remembered.
On-Line classes are customized to the specifications of the client and are built using a combination of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Digital Photos, audio files and PDF files. In most cases, the content is made Internet-ready by using a combination of the software programs Captivate and Flash. Once on-line, the classes normally take four to six hours to complete.
Classroom Training Venues
While recognizing the power of both webinars and on-line training courses, Trade Facilitators, Inc. still believes in the importance of human interaction during the learning process. It is for this reason that the course designers at TFI continue to dedicate large blocks of time to refining its content for classroom training.
Throughout the classroom-oriented design process TFI uses all of the tools mentioned in the above sections. For sure, the same commitment to meaningful prose, strong graphics and real-life stories can be found throughout our live presentations. Needless to say, the big difference is that the content for our live venues puts particular emphasis on preparing the trainer for virtually any scenario they may be confronted with.
When a client licenses content for a classroom training program they have access to slide-specific scroll-down boxes that provide a detailed explanation of the subject matter under consideration. In the Trainer's Guide they will also receive communication tips, subject matter expertise, additional illustrative examples and a full FAQ section. Stated simply, when the tools provided by TFI are combined with the existing knowledge of the instructor, the resulting quality is hard to beat!
