  • How do I begin?

    In order to access our lessons you must have a valid SEAT TOKEN. You can obtain a seat token by registering & purchasing one or more seats. If you are an individual, you can purchase one seat and immediately begin accessing our lessons, taking exams, and eventually obtaining your certification. If you represent a larger organization and you wish to purchase seats for several students, you can specify the number of seats you wish to purchase, and you will receive a seat token that you can distribute amongst those you wish to access our lessons.

  • What is a seat token?

    A seat token is a randomly generated string of characters that serves as your access code to the site. You must protect your seat token and only distribute it to those who you want to access our lessons. A seat token can only be used once for every seat you've purchased. So, for instance, if you have purchased 20 seats, the seat token you receive can be used 20 times. Each time a student registers with your seat token, one seat will be deducted from your account until there are none available, at which time you will have to purchase more seats if you have more students you wish to access the system.

  • How do I best navigate the IncoTerms module?

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept payment by credit card and check. If you opt to pay by credit card, you can obtain immediate access to the system. If you wish to pay by check, you can select the "Purchase Order" option and an invoice will be generated for you. You should then send payment to the address listed on the invoice. Once received, your account will be activated and you will be emailed your seat token so that you may access the lessons.

  • I am a client with multiple students accessing your system, how can I view their progress?

    If you have purchased multiple seats and have multiple students accessing the system, you or your designated managers can view their progress via our Learning Management System. The Learning Management system enables you to view what chapter each student is currently on, and to view their scores on any exam they've taken. You can also view how much time is remaining before their seat expires. From the day a student first access a lesson, they have 45 days to complete it.

  • Designated managers? How do I set those up?

    This feature is helpful if you have a lot of students or are too busy to review progress yourself. As a client (i.e. the person paying the bill), you can designate managers, who in turn can have students associated with their account. As a client, you will have your own CLIENT TOKEN. Give your client token to anyone who you want to be a manager for you. When they register on our site, they will have the opportunity to enter your client token and indicate that they want to be a manager. Once they complete registration, you will receive an email prompting you to log in and activate their manager status.
